An non-vintage white blend of Viognier (50%), Chardonnay (20%), Vermentino (20%) and Pecorino (10%) from Italy. A perfumed nose of jasmine blossom, thyme and stone fruits with a touch of grapey freshness. Aged on lees, the wine has oily richness on the palate, infused with herbal essence and juicy white peach. 6g/l of residual sugar brings softness, refreshed by a solid backbone of acidity (5.9g/l). A crowd-pleasing food companion.
