From the small Marche DOC of Piceno, this blend of Sangiovese and Montepulciano is dense, chewy and spicy yet not heavy. It bursts with red and black cherries and berries, with black and white peppery spice followed by a hint of chocolate and a long, fresh finish. A great pairing for steak or Lebanese-style lamb.
