Antinori, Santa Cristina Campogrande, Orvieto Classico, 2019

Made by the Antinori family under the Santa Cristina brand in collaboration with Co-op, this is a blend of indigenous Italian varieties including Procanico, Grechetto and Trebbiano. The dry white from Orvieto Classico of Umbria has a perfumed nose of jasmine, candied pears and fresh green apples. Slightly spiced on the palate, it is pure and clean with citrus fruits and crunchy acidity as the backbone.
