Cascina Ca'Rossa, Le Coste Riserva Arneis, Roero, 2019

Matured for 12 months in a combination of stainless steel and oak casks, fresh green apple and pithy lemon aromas are followed in the mouth by a hint of struck-match reduction then textural apple, lemon wax and floral notes. The finish is a touch short - needs more time to open up.
