There's a certain Burgundian poise to this Cortese fermented spontaneously and on the skins in acacia barrels. A wine produced by late Stefano Bellotti and a great example of his craftsmanship and distinct, yet measured, style. Lovely golden hue and subtle aromas of honey, jasmine and orange blossom. Incredibly vibrant on the palate with a precise minerality and beautiful texture, at once rich and filigreed. One to convert the sternest of orange wine skeptics.
