Rich and dense, with brooding dark plum, coffee and spicy minerals, huge structure and depth; you can almost taste the chalk. Be aware this is not the fruitier, lighter-bodied Dolcetto di Dogliani but a Dogliani – a category of wines meant to be bigger and fuller-bodied, with the ability to age.
