Father and son Claudio and Carlo Manera head up winemaking at Piedmont's Araldica co-op, sourcing fruit from more than 230 growers. Made from Cortese, this shows appealing flavours of orchard fruit, blossom and lime freshness with enough racy acidity to cut through pesto pasta. The Classics Pinot Grigio is also good value for £7.
