The Araldica co-op produces this and a Gavi di Gavi (£12) for M&S in its La Battistina winery from vines averaging 35 years. The creamy palate shows flavours of quince, white flowers and pear, ripeness kept in check by bright acidity. Perfect with grilled halloumi and vegetables.
