Morrisons, The Best Gavi, Piedmont, Italy 2021

Lovely sweet Nashi pears and white blossom on the nose, with yellow apple, citrus and grapefruit on the palate. The acidity (5.3g/l) is vibrant but polished, providing an excellent balance to the ripe yellow fruits towards the finish. Produced by Piedmont-based co-operative Araldica. No oak has been used during the making of this refreshing food wine.
