A youthful, easy-drinking 2022 Gavi made in collaboration with cooperative Araldica. A floral nose of green apple and peach. More crunchy green and white fruits on the palate. Sweet fruits (3.1g/l of residual sugar) provide roundness and texture, lifted by refreshing acidity at 5.2g/l. Zesty and cleansing on the finish.
