White blossom and sweet Nashi pears on the nose, soft bubbles reveal ripe peach and crisp apple on the palate, with a touch of sweetness from 14g/l of residual sugar. But the acidity is decent at 5.6g/l. Simple and delicious, perfect for seafood and spicy Asian dishes.
