A blend of southern Italian red varieties, Negroamaro and Primitivo, this wine has a dank nose of macerated cherries, tarragon and oregano. In the mouth it has ripe, sweet, almost jammy flavours of strawberry, cherry, pomegranate and more herbs, leading to a chocolatey finish. Overall light and fairly short, but pleasant enough.
