This outgoing Puglian Fiano (with a splash of Chardonnay) offers a lot of wine for the price. It's bursting with aromas of ripe pear, apple blossom, tangerine and honey. The flavour profile follows in similar vein: a full-bodied white with a hint of bitter orange peel and a spicy finish. One for the adventurous spirits.
