Sweet blackberries, dried damson plum on the nose with a hint of dried flowers. Ripe, juicy dark berries on the palate, seasoned with pu-erh tea. With ripe but present tannins contributing structure, the sweet fruits (9.5g/l residual sugar) are refreshed by a considerable level of acidity (6g/l). This is a heart-warming, tank-aged Negroamaro produced by Cantine San Marzano, a cooperative based in the village of San Marzano.
