Although aromatically subdued, this Puglian rosé, made from the Aglianico grape, has good concentration and is much more about texture and mouthfeel than overt sweet fruit. There is a subtle hint of rose petal and wild strawberry, with great grip and refreshing acidity, which lends itself well to all kinds of picnic food.
