Waitrose, Loved & Found Organic Susumaniello Rosato, Puglia, Italy 2023

New to the Loved & Found range is this pleasant, floral rosé from Puglia in southern Italy, made from the indigenous Susumaniello grape. It's fragrant, think violets and pot pourri, while the palate is full of tangy tart red berries. There's a nice bitterness to finish, which stops it seeming too sweet.
