Cortese, Nostru Nerello Mascalese, Terre Siciliane, 2019

Hedgerow fruit aromas with a slightly dank, earthy note. In the mouth it has sweet, ripe cherry and strawberry fruits with some tangy raspberry and good acidity. Some light, grainy, chocolatey tannins lead to a very chocolatey, rich finish with more raspberry and some black cherry. Equally at home with roast beef or a duck salad.
