Give this wine time to work its magic on you. Initially it can come across as slightly surly, with its earthy, woolly, anis and yellow fruit aromas. But on the palate it slowly unfurls, revealing wonderful structure, grip and tang. Over time in the glass it just gets better and better; a complex and multi-faceted white that's sunny and sumptuous but also refreshing.
