Partially aged in oak for 10 months, the Soave Classico Superiore is produced by the Cantina di Monteforte co-op. An expressive, golden-hued wine made using the Garganega grape, featuring a vinous nose of yellow fruits, apple and crushed minerals. The stoney characters follow to the palate, with extra layer of mango and apricot. Long and complex, with spiced apricot to finish. Excellent value at £7.5 per bottle.
