This traditionally styled Rosso is fermented in open-top wooden vats and matured for 24 months in large oak barrels before finishing in cement vats. Aromatic cherry and spice aromas with a touch of cream lead to a slightly rustic, tannic palate with bright acidity carrying light red cherry and spicy cedar flavours. Brambly fruits and creaminess emerge on the finish. Old-school elegance.
