This saignée rosé is finished for one month in French oak tonneaux. The nose is creamy, with deliciously pure red fruit notes. In the mouth it has plenty of intensity and good Sangiovese bite, with fresh cherry and raspberry fruits joined by a touch of apple, subtle spicing and not-so-subtle creaminess.
