Di Filippo has been certified organic since 1994 and now practices biodynamic farming techniques, too; 400 geese provide pest control for the 4ha of vines. This wine is bright and fresh, showing lemon and apple aromas and flavours with a lovely leesy texture to balance the acidity. There's a touch of spice on the long finish.
