This Prosecco Superiore from the Valdobbiadene and Conegliano hills has an appley nose with a nutty hint. A tart attack of fresh green apple is followed by pear, lime and a streak of tight, steely minerality. Quite intense, it trades juicy fruit for focus and a clean profile, which makes it less immediately appealing on its own but should work in its favour when matched with food. 8g/L residual sugar.
