From hillside vineyards on the volcanic slopes of Soave and Monteforte d’Alpone, this blend of Garganega, Chardonnay and Sauvignon is gorgeously mouthwatering. Honeydew melon, peach and green apple, hints of straw and leesy creaminess are followed by a slightly minerally finish. Very fresh, wonderfully smooth: try it with slow-cooked pork shoulder and apple sauce for a real treat. Great value too.
