By far the richest example tasted for this feature, the Bortolin Angelo Extra Dry has ripe pear and subtle brioche notes with some green apple and floral overtones. In the mouth, a sweet background note of panettone is given depth by streaks of white flowers, orange zest, ripe pear and soft stone fruits. A delicious, well balanced example.
