With a little bit of time this 2019 vintage has shown itself to develop nicely. A light, lemony nose with a hint of sweet marzipan is reflected in the mouth too - pithy yet sweet, it's a balancing act of lemon and marzipan with creamy lees. The mineral and saline mousse invigorates, while the long finish reveals some soft stone fruits.
