Ca' del Lago, Lugana, Veneto, Italy 2023

Lugana is one of my favourite white wine denominations in Italy, offering good value wines full of fleshy stone fruits and floral notes. Here, there's a good streak of green apple among white peach and zesty citrus. Generously fruited, it's a bit on the flabby side but makes for kick-back-and-relax drinking.
