Cantina di Gambellara, The Wine Society's Generation Series Pinot Grigio, Vicenza 2023

Fleshy core of pear, yellow apple, white peach and lemon - topped with apple blossom and jasmine. Lovely weight on the mid-palate and subtle creaminess (a product of some lees work), offset by a refreshing saline veil. Finishes with an interesting tail of green olive brine and preserved lemon.
