Col Sandago, Vigna Del Cuc, Prosecco Conegliano-Valdobbiadene Superiore NV

From a single, south-facing vineyard of old Glera vines, this Prosecco DOCG - a blend of 70% 2020 and 30% 2019 - is made using the Charmat Lungo method, giving extended time on the skins and a long second fermentation in bottle. The result here is a lemony wine with streaks of sweet apple and white flowers. The mousse is well integrated on the subtley creamy palate, and there's a delicious honeyed apricot quality to balance pithy pink grapefruit, zesty lemon and ripe green apple. A delicious Prosecco with a long finish and an eye-catching glass bottle.
