Col Vetoraz, Extra Dry, Prosecco, Conegliano-Valdobbiadene

This steely-fresh Extra Dry style from vines in Valdobbiadene produces a Prosecco Superiore with some stone fruit notes and almost-tropical hints alongside green apple, white peach and white flowers. Ripe and silky thanks to its 16g/l of residual sugar, yet still tight and fresh, it has a slightly prickly mousse and a long, sticky finish finely balanced by gum-tingling mineral acidity.
