Fuller and broader than the Extra Dry and Brut bottlings, this is intense, peachy and floral. That lovely steely, saline character found in the other Col Vetoraz wines shows through despite the 24g/l of residual sugar, which lends a silkiness to the smooth and integrated mousse. A long, peach and pear finish absorbs the sugar well.
