While Costellore's Organic Prosecco is a better fizz by the bottle, smart thinking from Aldi to release a magnum of its regular Prosecco ahead of the festive season. It's an Extra Dry style (which, confusingly, is a medium level of sweetness) but those pear drop, peach and floral flavours have enough acidity to balance. Easy, breezy and crowd pleasy.
