From the slopes of Montello on red-clay soils, this Prosecco Asolo Superiore offers crisp pear and apple flavours with a touch of wild tarragon. Its 7g/l of residual sugar is barely noticeable, but helps to round off the corners and makes this a lovely aperitif pick. JB
