You can't go wrong with Inama and Soave – they are masters of the style. From vines up to 30 years old, grown on volcanic soils in the heart of the Classico district, this is fermented in steel and matured for eight months before bottling. Lovely spicy richness, good acidity, almond and stone fruit generosity. Wonderful typicity and great value.
