You'll find luscious, zesty but honeyed lemony fruit, plus notes of ripe quince and a hint of furniture polish. There's a seam of acidity to balance the sweetness, and a lovely complexity. Chill, and serve with lemon cheesecake or blue cheese – you won't be disappointed!
