Vigna Lago, Lugana, Veneto, Italy 2023

On the banks of the beautiful Lake Garda in Italy is where the Lugana region is located, and this white is made from the Turbiana grape. It's a style that cries out to be enjoyed with a plate of simply grilled fish – ideally with a view of the Lake, but failing that the kitchen table will have to do. Ripe and aromatic, with juicy pear fruit and warm lemon citrus zestiness. Easy to enjoy.
