A white wine made in the tradition of the region's great reds: the grapes are dried for a period of time to concentrate the flavours, textures and sugars, which here has resulted in a food-friendly wine with an apple skin texture and doughy, savoury, peppery characters. There are some juicy apple and lemon notes beneath, followed by a floral finish.
