Produced from the Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara varieties, this is a perfect mid-week wine: friendly, fun and fresh. The fruit is picked at the beginning of October and left to partially dry for up to one month, giving a light but juicy wine, with finely concentrated red cherry fruit.
