A multi-grape, multi-vintage blend combining Garganega, Pinot Blanc and Sauvignon Blanc from 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018. Each component is matured in used wood for around six months before racking to stainless steel. It's a succulent, round and juicy white, full of Cantaloupe melon, rich stone fruits and toffee apple, ending with a pleasantly long and fresh finish.
