Named after the Hishiyama mountain, this ‘Private Reserve Koshu' from Grace was hand harvested in mid-October, then fermented in tank. Granite soil has given this youthful wine flinty mineral notes on the nose, in addition to the ripe peach fruits. It is bone-dry on the palate, with clean and refreshing green apple fruits and herbal spiciness on the finish.
