Made to be easydrinking and smooth, as opposed to the slowly developing, concentrated "grand vin" of the estate. Red fruits, spicy plums and aromatic herbs, but not long or complex. Tactile and tannic but a less floral and fruity Cinsault wine. Tasted at the Decanter Fine Wine Encounter Shanghai in November 2015
