Rockburn, Pinot Noir, Central Otago, New Zealand 2019

Dense and concentrated on both nose and palate, showing overt notes of ripe black cherry and more floral red berry fruit cloaked in smooth caramel oak. There's enough balancing acidity to keep things fresh, plus a firm structure from the 10 months' ageing in barrel (35% new).
