Eradus, Single-Vineyard Pinot Gris, Awatere Valley, 2013

Eradus was founded by Dutch couple Har and Sophie Eradus in the 1980s. The family’s opulently textured Pinot Gris would match an array of foods. Despite its pungency, the marked acidity keeps it fresh, and the palate – decorated with white peach – has a harmonious feel.
