Framingham, F Series old Vine Riesling, Marlborough, 2014

The winemaker, Andrew Hedley, is obsessed with this grape which may explain why he has built a reputation for producing some of the country’s best Rieslings. Very expressive nose with notes of white flowers and lemon with some minerality. Crisp with a steely acidity balanced with a beautiful purity of white ripe fruit, honeysuckle hint on the finish.
