A ripe, savoury nose of dried rose petals, prunes, dark cherry and a touch of ham. Spicy and warm on the palate, with good acidity to refresh the ripe dark fruits. Soft-textured and instantly enjoyable, finish with peppery prunes. Could benefit from a bit of chilling.
