A Sauvignon of lovely concentration, elegance and restraint. Focused aromas of lemon zest, peach, pear and apricot, with but a hint of passionfruit and orange blossom. The palate is soft but vibrant, with a crisp acid line lifting the melon, pineapple and yellow apple flavours. Refreshing saline minerality throughout, lingering on the finish along with lime zest and passionfruit.
