Proof that New Zealand Pinot Gris can be built to last, this is made only in the best vintages. Aromatic nose of peach, beeswax and Turkish Delight. Complex and layered palate with tropical and stone fruit, subtle spiciness and a fresh mineral character. Lees contact adds weight and richness balanced by vibrant acidity. A little beauty indeed.
