Misty Cove, Horologist Sauvignon Blanc, Marlborough, New Zealand 2021

Named after the constellation ’Horologist‘, the Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc includes a fraction of Pinot Gris and Chardonnay in the blend. It has a varietal nose of grassy citrus and sweet passion fruit, grapefruit, citrus peel and gooseberry acidity (6.2g/l) on the palate, concentrated and clean.
