The premium Sauvignon Blanc from Nautilus is made 'like a Chardonnay' explains winemaker Clive Jones. Hand-picked from the estate's oldest vines and fermented in large format oak, it's textured with vibrant acidity on the palate. Aromas of struck match, dried orange peel, quince, lime zest and exotic spice are followed by bright citrus flavours: layers of grapefruit, lime and lemon zest, with a long and very fresh finish.
