Antonio Mancanita is best known for his Fita Preta wines in Alentejo. However, this new venture is based on the volcanic islands of the Azores. It's a dry and zesty citrussy number, almost piercing with its high acidity. It's intense, with subtle undertones of mineral flavours. Very refreshing.
